Please note that for hygiene reasons, brushes that have been used or washed cannot be accepted for return.

Securely pack the unused brushes in their original Hakuhodo protective sleeves and box to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain a copy of the tracking number for your records.

Quality Inspection and Refund

Once our artisans inspect the returned items to confirm their original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
